If it is about an order, include the order reference shown on the confirmation page after you paid — it begins SR-. If you no longer have it, send the email address you paid from and roughly when you ordered, and we will find it. If something arrived damaged, defective or wrong, add a photo and we will replace it or refund you within 30 days of delivery — you do not need to ship anything back. Who runs Shirtrendy
Shirtrendy is operated by Deadpan Labs LLC, a small studio based in Miami, Florida. The support address is at deadpanlabs.com because the company answers mail for everything it runs — same people, same inbox.
Every design in the shop is written here, one line at a time. Nothing is a reposted meme, a licensed character, or bought from a design pack. More about how that works is on the about page.
How the shirts get made
We do not hold stock. Each order is produced by a third-party printing and fulfilment partner in the United States and shipped directly to you, which is why every shirt is made to order and why returns work the way they do.
We say this plainly because it explains the parts of the returns policy that would otherwise look mean: there is no warehouse for a printed shirt to go back to.
