Shipping

Every item is printed when you order it, then shipped. Production plus delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. We currently ship to: United States. Shipping cost is calculated from your basket and shown before you pay — no surprises after the fact.

Something arrived damaged, defective or wrong

That's on us, and we fix it. Email contact@deadpanlabs.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will send a replacement or refund you — your choice. You do not need to ship anything back.

Order never arrived

If tracking shows your order lost in transit, email us within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date and we will reship it or refund you — your choice. If tracking shows it delivered but you don't have it, contact us anyway — we will work it out with the carrier.

Wrong size, or changed your mind

Here is the honest part: because each item is printed for your specific order, there is no warehouse to return it to, so we cannot accept returns for size or preference. The size chart on each product page has real garment measurements — when in doubt, measure a shirt you like and compare, or email us before ordering and we'll help you choose.

If a sizing mistake does happen, write to us anyway. We would rather find a fair answer than lose you over one shirt.

Cancellations

Orders go to print quickly. If you need to cancel, email us immediately — if we are able to stop the order before printing begins, we will cancel and refund in full. Once printing has begun, the defect and delivery promises above are what apply.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We issue them within 5 business days of agreeing them with you; your bank then typically posts them within another 5–10 business days. The charge (and any refund) shows on your statement beginning DEADPAN LABS — Deadpan Labs LLC is the company behind Shirtrendy. Most banks then show SHIRTRENDY after it, though some shorten the line and cut part of that second word.
