Privacy Policy

Shirtrendy is operated by Deadpan Labs LLC. This page describes what information we handle when you use this site, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what an order needs, we share it only with the companies that take your payment, print your shirt and host this site, and analytics only run if you say yes.
What we collect, and why
When you place an order — your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and phone number, collected on our payment provider's checkout page. We use these to charge you, print your order, ship it, and answer questions about it.
Your card details never reach us. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their hosted checkout page (the charge appears from SHIRTRENDY). We receive confirmation that you paid — not your card number.
Your cart is stored in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers. It stays on your device until you clear it.
Analytics run only with your consent. If you decline the cookie banner, no analytics events are recorded. If you accept, we record how the store is used (pages viewed, items added to cart, checkouts started) to improve it. Your consent choice is stored in your browser and expires after one year.
We do not offer accounts, so we hold no passwords and no login history.
Who we share it with
We share order information with exactly the parties needed to deliver it:
- Stripe, Inc. — processes your payment and collects your billing and shipping details on our behalf.
- Printful, Inc. — prints and ships your order, and receives your name, shipping address, email and phone for that purpose.
- Vercel, Inc. — hosts this website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute obligations. Consented analytics events are collected but are not currently analysed or retained long-term; if that changes, this policy will be updated first. Your browser-stored cart and consent choice are yours to clear at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Decline analytics — the banner's Decline button is a full opt-out.
- Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep — email contact@deadpanlabs.com.
- Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under local privacy law; the email above is the way to exercise them.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions: contact@deadpanlabs.com.
