These terms apply when you buy from Shirtrendy, operated by Deadpan Labs LLC. Placing an order means you accept them. They are written to be read — if anything is unclear, ask us first: contact@deadpanlabs.com.
Made to order
Every item is printed for you after you order it. We hold no stock — that is why your order can't be changed or cancelled once it has gone to print, and why returns work the way our Returns policy describes. Production plus delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is calculated from your basket and shown before you pay. We do not currently collect sales tax at checkout; if that changes, any tax will be shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe — the charge on your statement appears from SHIRTRENDY. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds; if we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will refund it in full.
Shipping
We currently ship to: United States. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout (5–10 business days as of the date above). Estimates are honest but not guarantees — carriers have bad weeks. If we cannot hand your order to the carrier within 10 business days of purchase, we will email you a revised date and you can accept it or cancel for a full refund. If your order is clearly lost, contact us and we will make it right; see the Returns policy for how.
Sizing
Garment measurements are listed on each product page. Because items are printed to order, choosing a size that doesn't fit is not a printing defect — check the chart before ordering, and email us first if you're between sizes.
Our designs
The designs, name and content on this site belong to Deadpan Labs LLC. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt — it does not licence reproduction of the design.
What we're responsible for
If we get something wrong — a defective print, a wrong item — our responsibility is to replace or refund it, as the Returns policy describes; our total liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and does not allow us to exclude.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where Deadpan Labs LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Talk to us before anything formal — almost every problem is fixable at contact@deadpanlabs.com.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. The terms in force when you order are the ones that apply to that order.
