Everything people ask before they order. If the answer you need is not here, email us.
An original one-liner, printed on a shirt after you order it. Every design is written in-house — no recycled memes, no borrowed pop culture, no licensed characters, nothing bought from a design pack.
Shirtrendy is the storefront. The seller is Deadpan Labs LLC, a small studio in Miami, Florida.
No, and that is the point. There is no warehouse and no inventory. Your shirt is printed for your order, then shipped.
That is also why the returns policy below looks the way it does: there is nowhere to send a printed shirt back to.
Printed in 2–4 business days, then in transit for 3–6. Typically 5–10 business days door to door.
Those are estimates, not guarantees — carriers have bad weeks. If we cannot hand your order to the carrier within 10 business days of purchase, we will email you a revised date, and you can accept it or cancel for a full refund.
United States only. We do not currently ship anywhere else.
Shipping is calculated from your basket and shown before you pay — no surprises after the fact. Free US shipping on orders over $50, applied automatically at checkout.
Two cuts, two colors. A unisex tee in a straight cut, and a women's tee in a relaxed cut with a shorter body and sleeve. Both in black and white. That is the whole range.
Sizes are listed per cut and they are not the same shirt. Where a size exists in both cuts your selection carries over when you switch, so check the chart for the cut you actually land on.
Read the measurements, not the letter. Every product page publishes that garment's own flat measurements in inches, generated from the manufacturer's spec and never hand-edited.
Each chart has two tables: the shirt measured flat, and the body measurements that cut is made for. If your chest lands between two rows, take the larger one.
Between sizes? Size up, or email us before ordering. We mean that in earnest, because we cannot take a shirt back over a size.
Email contact@deadpanlabs.com within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo of the problem.
We will send a replacement or refund you — your choice, not ours. You do not need to ship anything back.
No. Each shirt is printed for your specific order, so there is no warehouse to return it to. Choosing a size that does not fit is not a printing defect, so it sits outside the 30-day claim window.
One real exception: if the shirt that arrives does not match the measurements published on its size guide, that is our error, not a fit issue. Email us and we will replace it. Small variances are normal on a made-to-order garment; a shirt that is off the chart is not.
Otherwise that is the policy, and we would rather state it plainly than bury it. If a sizing mistake happens anyway, write to us — we would rather find a fair answer than lose you over one shirt. That is not a written guarantee, and we are not going to dress it up as one.
If tracking shows it lost in transit, email us within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date. We will reship it or refund you — your choice.
If tracking says delivered but nothing showed up, contact us anyway and we will work it out with the carrier.
We cannot change an order — not the size, not the design. The only lever is to cancel before it goes to print, then reorder.
Email contact@deadpanlabs.com the moment you notice. Your order goes to the printer as soon as payment clears, so the window is small and we cannot promise you one. If we can stop it before printing begins, we cancel and refund in full. Once printing has begun, the defect and delivery promises above are what apply.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. No store credit, no gift card.
We issue them within 5 business days of agreeing them with you. Your bank then typically posts them within another 5–10 business days — that second half is the bank's schedule, not ours, so we describe it rather than promise it.
No countdowns, no "only 3 left", no "selling fast". There is no stock to run out of, and we do not claim quantities we cannot count. Nothing in the catalogue is capped or numbered.
The one limit we do run is retirement. When we retire a design we name its last day at least a week ahead, and after that day we stop selling it for good. A retired design is not reprinted and not relisted.
We also run occasional markdowns for a stated date range, and sometimes a discount code. A code does not stack with a markdown. When nothing is running, the deals page says so.
Email contact@deadpanlabs.com. We answer within one business day, usually sooner. That is the only channel — there is no phone line and no chat widget, because one person reads this mailbox and pretending otherwise would only mean an unanswered channel.
The address is at deadpanlabs.com rather than shirtrendy.com because the company answers mail for everything it runs. Mail sent to any @shirtrendy.com address will not reach us.
There are no customer accounts here, so there is no order history to log into. Your order reference begins SR- and appears in two places: the confirmation page right after you pay, and your Stripe receipt, where it reads “Shirtrendy order SR-…”. That receipt is the copy worth keeping.
If you have neither, email us with the address you paid from and roughly when you ordered, and we will find it.
Your card details never reach us. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their hosted checkout page.
The charge — and any refund — shows on your statement beginning DEADPAN LABS. Most banks then show SHIRTRENDY after it, though some shorten the line and cut part of that second word.
We share order data with three companies: Stripe for payment, Printful, Inc. for printing and shipping, and our host. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
